Part of a section of a Box Elder, this pink-tinged section ran for a length of about 3 inches at the heart of the burl. This section of wood yielded enough material to make these three knobs and a stunning two-knob set of blood-red knobs (Set 1832) with enough thin material left over for the caps on Set 1837.
